We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
Lead-times are estimated based on information provided by manufactures and delivery companies. Although we strive to always deliver by the quoted lead-time these times can change due to back-orders, customs, etc. Orders cannot be canceled due to circumstances out of Bobby Berk Home's control. In the case of extended back-orders less than 90 days a store credit will be applied to your account for future orders. In the case of a back-order date longer than 90 days due to supplier issues a full refund will be issued (does not apply to any custom orders).
DELIVERY - BBH strives to deliver merchandise in a timely a manner possible. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimated and may change due to unforeseen conditions with manufacturing, customs, etc. Orders are not cancelable due to unexpected delays out of BBH's control. Once your order has arrived to the delivery facility, you will be contacted to schedule delivery. Different items have varying delivery lead times, please be aware all items on an order may not be available for delivery at the same time.
Ship time quoted online is the time it takes to be manufactured and leave our warehouse. Delivery time is additional and varies by location.
Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing[email protected] and items must be received by us within 7 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We will not accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back or a credit will not be issued for your return and BBH will not be held responsible for the shipment of your return. Contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we carry. Please note that no COM cost will be refunded on custom products for any reason. Customer assumes all financial responsibility for cost associated with their COM materials.
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact BBH Support as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible. Damage claims will not be accepted if the damage is not noted to the shipping company upon delivery. Returns/Cancellations are not allowed due to shipping damage. We reserve the right to repair or replace items damaged during shipping.
*items can enter into the shipping process within hours of ordering. Once your order has entered into the shipping process shipping and handling will be deducted from your credit if a cancelation occurs.
