The natural steel undergoes a bluing process and is hand-waxed before leaving the studio. As it ages, the natural steel patina will weather into a completely unique finish - each modfire taking on its own personality.
All Modfires are handcrafted out of thick fourteen gauge steel and colorfully coated in hi-temp paint. this shiny blue icon is designed to be an heirloom that lasts a lifetime.
Natural steel comes standard in wood-burning and can be upgraded to gas-burning (natural gas or propane) by adding a Gas Burning Kit to your order.
