Please note that unfortunately for our customers who enjoy modern furniture that is skillful in both thought and craftsmanship in their home but, live outside the metro areas of our BBH store locations may incur additional White Glove Shipping charges on their orders. 2nd Day Air shipping will be received 2 business days after our vendors warehouse has processed the order.
Many of our products ship directly from our manufactures to you. Shipping times on product pages are quoted in "time to ship". Once your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery(does not apply to furniture orders). No weekend or holiday delivery is available.
White Glove Delivery service level when available provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up one flight of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging. Some items that ship direct from the manufacture cannot be shipped via white glove. Please contact us if you are unsure if this service is available for your purchase.**

Are your shipments insured against damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured against damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage due to transit. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or traditional photographs can also be very powerful tools in helping us expedite a damage claim. Failure to report the merchandise as damaged when you sign for it will result in a denial of claims.
