Please note that unfortunately for our customer who enjoy great modern furniture in their home, but live in remote areas could incur ship charges. If this is the case we will contact you to figure out the best way to get you your furniture at the best price.
2nd Day Air shipping will be received 2 business days after our vendors warehouse has processed the order.
Many of our products ship directly from our manufactures to you. Shipping times on product pages are quoted in "time to ship". Once your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery(does not apply to furniture orders). No weekend or holiday delivery is available.
White Glove Delivery service level provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up one flight of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
Are your shipments insured against damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured against damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage due to transit. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or traditional photographs can also be very powerful tools in helping us expedite a damage claim. Failure to report the merchandise as damaged when you sign for it will result in a denial of claims.

* Due to Insurance restrictions we cannot assemble cribs or mount furniture to walls.
